Tip of the Week: Layer Up


If you're still out kayak fishing through the fall and winter months, you're probably not doing it in shorts and a t shirt. During this time of year, it's all about staying warm and dry. Wearing a quality moisture-wicking base layer on your skin is the key element in comfort and safety. Moisture robs heat from your body's core leaving you feel "chilled". The base layer wicks moisture away to the next outer layer which helps retain your body heat. After the base layer, it's up to you on the route you wanna take for your remaining layers.
